Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the website at kesjr.com (the “Site”), operated by Kenneth E. Sweet Jr. and published as a PromptFluid product, handles information from visitors. We have written this policy in plain language and have tried to be specific about how this Site actually works rather than relying on generic boilerplate.
1. Who operates this Site
The Site is operated by Kenneth E. Sweet Jr. (sole owner of KESJR Collective) and is published as a PromptFluid product. There is no separate corporate publisher, ad network, data broker, or third-party operator involved in the editorial content.
2. Information you voluntarily submit
The Site does not require you to create an account. The only personal information we receive is information you choose to send us through one of the inquiry channels:
- Email sent to
inquiry@cmpsbl.comor other addresses listed on the Site. - Phone calls or text messages to the published direct number.
- Any future contact form or NDA workflow we add.
When you contact us, we receive whatever information you provide (typically your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message). We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of the conversation.
3. Server logs and basic analytics
Like most websites, the Site's hosting infrastructure automatically records standard request information (IP address, user agent, referrer, request time, and requested URL) for security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics. We may also use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics in the future to understand traffic patterns. We do not currently use cookie-based advertising trackers.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Site does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. We may use first-party storage strictly necessary for things like remembering your theme preference or for future privacy-respecting analytics. If we add cookies in the future that require notice or consent under applicable law, we will update this Policy and present an appropriate notice.
5. Third-party services
The Site links to third-party services (for example, Escrow.com for transfer settlement, Dan for domain marketplace context, and various external publisher hubs in the namespace pages). When you click an outbound link, that third party operates under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. The Site has no special data-sharing arrangement with these services beyond ordinary referral links.
6. How we use information
- To respond to acquisition inquiries and follow-up questions.
- To negotiate, document, and complete a domain transfer.
- To maintain records of correspondence for legal and tax purposes.
- To investigate suspected abuse of the Site or its endpoints.
7. We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, share it with data brokers, or use it for third-party advertising targeting. The information you send us is used to communicate with you about a possible transaction.
8. Data retention
We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as it is operationally useful (typically the life of the negotiation, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and tax/legal purposes). Server logs are retained for the rolling window typical of our hosting provider.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and limited access. No online system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults engaged in commercial domain transactions and research. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Your choices and contacting us
You can choose not to send us any personal information by simply not contacting us. If you have already contacted us and would like us to delete your correspondence, email inquiry@cmpsbl.com and we will honor reasonable requests to the extent permitted by law and our record-keeping obligations.
12. External links
The Site links to public third-party websites (publishers, standards bodies, escrow providers, archive references). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected in updated language here.
14. Contact
