Exhibit 001 / Marketplace systems / 2025
An early experiment in marketplace tools, reseller workflow interfaces, analytics concepts, and automation architecture. The October 1 recovered UI uses mock metrics and incomplete task scheduling; later phases were documented in the same repository.

Architecture / historical source-level workflow
Diagram is an archive reconstruction from source and commit records, not an original product screenshot or proof of runtime success.
Source-supported implementation
A branded UI skeleton, splash interaction and task configuration surface are preserved at the first explicit identity commit.
Later commit records document marketplace linking, analytics work, rebrands and an extraction transition. These are source-history findings, not verified business outcomes.
Gaps / claims / unverified results
The October 1 task scheduler is explicitly “coming soon.”
The dashboard uses hardcoded mockData, including 212 completed tasks. These are fixtures, not completed automations.
Later handbook and changelog claims cannot backdate the October 1 implementation. Worker operation and real logs are not independently reviewed here.
Engineering interpretation / not an operational metric
The surviving record shows expansion and repeated identity changes inside one repository. It does not establish that every phase was a separately launched product. The engineering lesson is the need to preserve version boundaries rather than read later documentation back into an early scaffold.
Aetherion Shield and AetherionShield.website are separate projects. The October 15 audit belongs to a later phase; do not retroactively assign it to the October 1 original.
Git history / dates from supplied reconstruction
Commit titles are original historical statements, not findings that every claimed change worked. Short IDs identify supplied records; private repositories are not linked publicly.

# What is proven vs. inferred ## PROVEN / direct surviving evidence - `SweetKenneth/virtualarc-reseller-pilot` exists. - Current shell creation: 2025-10-01T20:08:47Z. - 1,370 surviving commits are visible on the default branch. - Earliest surviving author timestamp: 2025-10-01T08:07:48Z. - First explicit VirtualArc commit: `Build VirtualArc UI skeleton`, 2025-10-01T08:10:03Z. - Poshmark automation is present on October 1. - träcon rename appears October 2. - EADS/Falcon pivot appears October 8. - Nexus v2.0.0 release appears October 12. - Aetherion rebrand starts October 14 and Aetherion 1.0.1 appears October 15. - Aetherion extraction planning/folders appear October 16. - Current HEAD still contains reseller/marketplace work alongside Aetherion layers. - A separate local `virtualarc-worker-Good 2.zip` survives with October 1 internal timestamps. ## FOUNDER-ORDER / working interpretation - VirtualArc is treated as the opening project in the founder's canonical story. - Cipher/Luxe Certify may have surviving evidence dated earlier, but that does not by itself override the founder's conceptual order. ## INFERRED / not yet proven - Exact conceptual relationship from VirtualArc to Cipher/Luxe Certify. - Whether träcon, EADS/Falcon, and Nexus were intended as independent products versus rapid phases/brands inside one product. - Exact relationship between the Aetherion material in this repository and the separate Aetherion Shield / AetherionShield.website projects beyond the documented extraction transition. ## DO NOT FLATTEN The current Aetherion README must not be used to backdate Aetherion to the first VirtualArc commit.
# October 1 VirtualArc: implemented UI versus real automation At first explicit VirtualArc commit `b33ad92f52b20508a66dafe94c89ae7216da1b01`, four recovered Git-exact source files now document the product state: - `src/pages/Index.tsx` still renders the generic blank-app placeholder. - `src/pages/Splash.tsx` presents the VirtualArc identity and a UI-only notification. - `src/pages/Tasks.tsx` says automation task scheduling is coming soon. - `src/pages/Dashboard.tsx` uses `const mockData` to populate task counts (3 active, 7 pending, 212 completed in 24 hours, 1 failed) and recent activity. **Conclusion:** These October 1 KPI figures are fixture data, not evidence of real users or completed automations. The later archived reseller handbook, träcon marketing material, and Nexus changelog belong to a later phase and must not be backdated to this early commit. Later live worker code and actual logs require independent review.
A permanent record of retired software. Evidence preservation is not proof of product success.
